Cripes! Does it ever end?!

We've been having problems since about last Fri with our 800 number. People are being told it is temporarily out of service. Every day they tell us it is fixed and should be back to normal within 24 hours, and then it's not. Please accept our apologies, and if you have any trouble reaching us via the 800 number, please try us directly at 517-896-9335.

On top of that, people have been getting their messages "bounced" via email today. If you've experienced any trouble emailing us this afternoon or evening, please try again now, as the problem appears to have been fixed.
