now Eva Lillian does gift wrapping!
As noted on our
customer service page, we strive to take every step possible to preserve
our environment. We believe our
lives and our homes are deeply effected by what we bring into them, as
well as what we discard. Therefore we have taken a lesson from
ancient Asian cultures in our gift wrap offering.
These cultures
believe in wrapping a gift with a reusable piece of fabric, such as the
Korean bojagi. Wrapping something in this bojagi was regarded as
wrapping good luck and happiness to keep at home. In the case of giving
gifts to friends and relatives the bojagi was used to protect the item and
at the same time to decorate the gift as we do today with wrapping paper.
Wrapping gifts with bojagi was a way to express one's respect and
affection towards the receiving person.
Gift Wrap Instructions:
In this tradition we offer gift wrap to protect your
gift and to bring luck and happiness to the recipient. We will wrap
your gift in undyed muslin or a similar fabric, and tie it with a beautiful ribbon.
The enclosed gift card will bear your message (enter this in the special
instructions section during checkout) on a lovely card made from handmade
paper and sealed with our seal in gold wax. Nothing says simple
elegance better than our gift wrap!
Add A Note Only:
Or you may simply choose to add a note to the
invoice that will be sent with your gift. Enter your note in the
special Instructions box at checkout and we will add your note to and remove the price
from the packing slip. We will also replace the refund information
with exchange for store credit information, so that your recipient may
choose something else from our store if the item does not not "fit" in any
way.
